 OSOVI FOUNDATION is a civil, private, non political, non profit organization with Legal Capacity, and its own Patrimony and Government, constituted by the Association of Paules Fathers, which is ruled by bylaws, internal regulations, resolutions issued by competent authorities and ,supplementary, by the national laws.
Its purpose is to provide assistance to vulnerable people in our society, such as orphan children, youths, elders, alcoholic patients, terminal patients and AIDS patients, with the support of companies, groups from various churches, philanthropic groups, people of good will, and the funds obtained from economic activities such as raffles, bingos, tombolas, etc. |

“My name is Carlos Bladimir Pascual. I am very grateful to God for touching the hearts of the people at the St. Vincent Social Works, for all the support and love I received during my stay at Casa del Niño and Casa del Jóven [the Youth’s Home].
I especially thank Father Antonio Quetglas, who looked after my spiritual, moral and technical education.
